This is a lot to share. Because it's such a personal and precious testimony – a road I've walked, and continue to walk in different ways.

I fell pregnant twice with ease, and had two empowering natural births.

My midwife opened my eyes to something I’ve never stopped talking about since: that preparing for birth matters more than we're told. That postpartum recovery deserves real support. That women's health has always been more complex than a 10-minute appointment can hold – and that the answers, when you find them, are often far simpler than anyone made them seem.
